About the project

Best Branded Residences (BBR) approached Inity Agency with an ambitious vision: to become the definitive authority in the $50B+ branded residences market. They needed a comprehensive digital platform that could rank properties across multiple categories, connect high-net-worth buyers with developers, and provide sophisticated tools for property management and lead generation. We delivered a full-stack solution featuring an AI-powered matchmaking system, custom ranking algorithm, multi-tenant admin panel, and a scalable architecture designed to handle complex property data from developers worldwide.

Challenges

Complex Multi-Source Property Data Management

BBR needed to aggregate and normalize property data from hundreds of developers worldwide, each with different data formats, quality standards, and submission methods. The platform had to handle diverse property types (condos, villas, penthouses), brands (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Raffles), locations, amenities, and pricing structures while maintaining data integrity and enabling developers to update their listings through a multi-tenant system with varying permission levels.

Credible Ranking Methodology

As a third-party validation platform, BBR’s core value proposition depended on creating a transparent, defensible ranking system that developers would trust and buyers would rely on. The algorithm needed to weigh multiple factors—location desirability, brand reputation, amenities, pricing, developer track record, and market performance  while allowing segmentation by lifestyle categories and property types, all while avoiding bias and ensuring rankings felt fair and authoritative.
